PUBLIC NOTICE

 

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the fiscal affairs of the Brentwood Fire District for the period beginning on January 1, 2011 and ending December 31, 2011 have been examined by the District Auditor’s Sheehan & Company, C.P.A., PC located at 165 Orinoco Drive., Brightwaters, NY 11718. A copy of this audit has been filed with the N.Y. State Comptroller’s Office and a copy of this audit has been filed in the district office where it is available as a public record for inspection by all interested persons.

 

Pursuant to section thirty-five of the general municipal law, the governing Board of the Brentwood Fire District may, in its discretion prepare a written response to the report of examination performed by Sheehan & Company, C.P.A., PC, and file any such response in my office as a public record for inspection by all interested persons no later than July 29, 2012.
